Hamilton Cams' all-in-one 24V valvetrain upgrade for 1998.5-2018 Cummins 5.9L & 6.7L engines. Combines the 178/208 efficiency cam with matched springs, pushrods, and lifters tested together as a system to support up to 3,000 horsepower.
