Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Open box, attempted install or damage to products to make them unsellable will effect refund if any. Minimum restocking fee of 15% applys. Contact us for an RMA and we’ll get your return processed

Q: When will my parts arrive?

We offer a variety of shipping options. “Free Shipping” option is ground delivery usually 3-7 business days. We also offer 2 day and in some cases overnight shipping. See the shipping options in checkout.

We strive to provide the very best pricing and shipping rates for all customers. Any warranty issues can be resolved either through Norcal Diesel Performance or the product manufacturer. Brands with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies may not be sold below the MAP price. Advertised prices errors or system glitches that show an incorrect price or price below MAP pricing will be corrected or the order will be cancelled via phone by a sales representative. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Q: What is the warranty on my parts?

Warranties vary by parts but everything has a 30 day money back guarantee. If you have had a part fail, contact the manufacturer about warranty and be sure to have a copy of your receipt for reference. You can always give us a call and we can assist you with this process as well.

Q: What is a core charge?

A core charge is a refundable deposit you pay to ensure we get your old part back. Many manufacturers charge a core to ensure they get parts back to remanufacture and resell.

Q: What if my part is damaged during shipping?

Contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure our products are delivered on time and undamaged.
