The Hamilton Cams Stage 1 178/208 is the perfect efficiency cam for 1989-2018 Cummins 5.9L & 6.7L engines. Designed to drop EGTs 200-300°F, improve spool-up, and add usable low-end torque without sacrificing daily-driver manners. Made famous when paired with a single S-488 turbo to make 1,588 horsepower at 4,500 RPM on a 6.7L.
