We strive to do our very best to get things right every time however if you got parts that are incorrect or not what you ordered give us a call or e-mail us back as soon as possible.
We recommend you inspect your parts upon arrival for shipping damage, missing parts or incorrect parts in order to prevent delays during installation.
If you have a concern we'll look into it and see what happened and get the right parts coming as soon as possible.
You may be required to send back the incorrect parts prior to shipment of the new parts subject to management discretion. This is usually required if products are a high cost part, just to keep the honest people honest.
Please note we do not cover any labor cost associated with incorrect, damaged or missing parts.
Typical “Free Shipping” delivery times vary based on location. In stock items will usually be received within 3-7 business days. Out of stock or special order parts may take 1-2 weeks depending on availability. Contact us to see availability prior to purchase to ensure prompt delivery. Free shipping is economy ground as the discretion of Norcal Diesel Performance and is subject to change without notice. Free shipping not available for Truck freight items or from select manufacturers that drop ship from their warehouses. I.e. bulky items such as transmissions and fuel tanks.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior return of package will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Open box, attempted install or damage to products to make them unsellable will effect refund if any. Minimum restocking fee of 15% applies. Buyer is responsible for return and core return shipping charges. An RMA Return Merchandise Authorization is required prior to any returns sent in. If you do not have an RMA the product may be returned to sender. For returns warranties and core returns see next section.
Yes, truck Freight charges will be charged on a case by case basis. It’s recommended if you have a bulky item to contact us for a quote. It may cost extra for a liftgate truck or delivery to a residential address.
No. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. It’s recommended to ship stateside and forward via USPS.
No. We do not ship internationally. We ship to the US only. Alaska, Hawaii and other territories not in the contiguous United States may see inflated shipping costs. If you place an order with an international address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. You will be contacted if this occurs.
Yes. California shipping addresses will be subject to sales tax. Also depending on your state an internet sales tax may apply.
We charge actual shipping charges. To see shipping costs, add products to the cart and calculate shipping by preferred method. Free ground shipping for orders over $99 applies to US residents in contiguous 48 states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Some restrictions apply. We may also change the shipping method or carrier to improve ship time or cost.
Core returns must be received within 180 days of purchase, after which core credit will be at the discretion of Norcal Diesel Performance and is not guaranteed.
To return a core, use original packaging and carefully fill out an RMA form with the link above. Instructions will be sent to you via email. At times there may be a reference number needed as many cores are sent directly to the manufacturer.
We recommend shipping with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number. Norcal Diesel Performance is not responsible for lost cores or shipping damages on core returns.
Core return credit is subject to inspection and verification. A like product must be returned as a core and partially disassembled or missing parts may affect full core credit.
DRAIN ALL FLUIDS from any cores. Many manufacturers will charge a fee for cores returned full of fluids or not fully drained.
Open or damaged packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
No. Special order parts are not returnable and non-transferable.
