You asked, we delivered. After the success of our Ford Track Bars, we built one tough enough for the Dodge guys too — the NorCal Diesel Performance Heavy-Duty Dodge Ram Track Bar.
We started by shoving the biggest heim joint possible into the axle end — a 1-inch FK Bearing, the largest anyone’s ever offered for 4th and 5th Gen Rams. It’s locked down with our custom pinch-bung setup, so there’s no need for a jam nut. Just tighten the set screws and it’s rock solid. On the frame side, we use a matching 1-inch FK uniball for unmatched strength and precision movement.
The bar itself is built from 1.5-inch diameter DOM tubing with a 3/8-inch wall. That’s the largest we could fit under the Dodge without clearance issues — and it’s built to hold up under anything you throw at it.
We don’t use rubber bushings because flex and deflection defeat the purpose. A track bar’s job is to keep your axle centered under the truck, period. The tighter and stronger the connection, the better your steering response and control. Forget the “soft ride” myth — once you drive with this setup, you won’t want to go back.
Our direct bolt-on Dodge Ram Track Bar delivers sharper steering response, eliminates deflection, and completely cures Death Wobble. No stabilizer relocation bracket needed — it clears straight out of the box.
Compatible with stock trucks and lifted setups up to 4 inches before a drop bracket is required.
