Instructions:

Cycle Oil System Cleaner for 15-30 Minutes Idle/Drive Time; to Remove Sludge, Neutralize Acid, Break Down Carbon and Clean Anti-Smog Valves by Vapor Action.
Remove the Drain Plug and Drain the Crankcase to Remove the Used Oil and Contaminants from the Oil System. 3. Remove the Oil Filter. Inspect for Obvious Damage, Corrosion and Contamination.
Install New Oil Filter to Help Reduce Foreign Object Deposits in the Oil System (Replace All Applicable Gaskets and Seals).
Inspect the Drain Plug Gasket (Replace If Needed).
Install the Drain Plug and Torque to Factory Specification (Remark Torque Line If Faded).
Use JB Heavy Duty Vehicle Lubricant in to Condition the Metal; Reduce Operating Temperatures, Increase Fluid Circulation, Condition all gaskets and Seals throughout the Oil System. Reduce Friction Drag Between Moving Parts, Increase Fuel Economy & Delivered Power.
Use Concentrated Oil Treatment to Reduce Blow-By.
Fill the Crankcase to Manufacturer Specified Oil Level, to Lubricate and Cool the Oil System.
Use 1⁄2 Bottle Diesel Fuel Anti-Gel in the Fuel Tank to Help with Water Separation, Provide Proper Lubrication to the Fuel System. Use the Remainder of the Bottle in the Fuel Tank Every 3-5 Fill Ups.
Complete Vehicle Inspection.
Reset All Maintenance Lights.

Modern Engines Require More than Just a “Drain and Fill Oil Change” Due to a Variety of Components like Positive Crankcase Ventilation “PCV” that Recycle Gasses & Air in Order to Increase Performance and Reduce Emissions. The Carbon, Sulfur and Power Robbing Contaminants that Used to come out of the Exhaust, Now Remain in the Engine. These Contaminants Must Be Cleaned Out in Order to Maintain Proper Engine Operation, Performance & Fuel Economy. Diesel Oil systems Operate at a Much Higher Temperature and Pressure Gasoline Combustion Engine. Diesel Engine Oil Is also much more susceptible to Contamination Due to Components like the EGR that Recycle Dirty Post Combustion Air from the Exhaust Back into the Intake. Diesel Oil is Going to get Dirty and Contaminated; Justice Brothers Heavy Duty Vehicle Lubricant is Used by Mechanics/Technicians to Provide Metal Protection, Increases the Fluid Function, and Decreases Friction & Heat; Helping to Prevent Premature Parts Failure and Provide Proper Lubrication throughout the Entire Oil Service Interval. Recommended on every Service interval. Diesel Fuel and Biodiesel Have a Much Higher Flash Point than Gasoline. Diesel Fuel is Thicker than Gasoline and Can Withstand Higher Compression, for this Reason Diesel Fuel Provides more Energy Per Gallon or “Bang for the Buck ''. The Diesel Fuel is Supposed to Provide Lubrication to the Fuel System, but Modern Diesel Fuel is Made with Cleaners that Reduce NO2 Gas and Treat BioDiesel Fuel, These Cleaners Are Good for the Environment but Can Cause the Lubrication Properties of Diesel Fuel to Compromise. Water Is also a Major Culprit in the Failure of Parts in the Diesel Fuel System. Water is Not a Good Lubricant. For this Reason, Most Diesels Have a Water Separator and they Tend to be Efficient When Properly Maintained.
