Description

Instructions:

  1. Cycle Oil System Cleaner for 15-30 Minutes Idle/Drive Time; to Remove Sludge, Neutralize Acid, Break Down Carbon and Clean Anti-Smog Valves by Vapor Action.
  2. Remove the Drain Plug and Drain the Crankcase to Remove the Used Oil and Contaminants from the Oil System. 3. Remove the Oil Filter. Inspect for Obvious Damage, Corrosion and Contamination.
  3. Install New Oil Filter to Help Reduce Foreign Object Deposits in the Oil System (Replace All Applicable Gaskets and Seals).
  4. Inspect the Drain Plug Gasket (Replace If Needed).
  5. Install the Drain Plug and Torque to Factory Specification (Remark Torque Line If Faded).
  6. Use JB Heavy Duty Vehicle Lubricant in to Condition the Metal; Reduce Operating Temperatures, Increase Fluid Circulation, Condition all gaskets and Seals throughout the Oil System. Reduce Friction Drag Between Moving Parts, Increase Fuel Economy & Delivered Power.
  7. Use Concentrated Oil Treatment to Reduce Blow-By.
  8. Fill the Crankcase to Manufacturer Specified Oil Level, to Lubricate and Cool the Oil System.
  9. Use 1⁄2 Bottle Diesel Fuel Anti-Gel in the Fuel Tank to Help with Water Separation, Provide Proper Lubrication to the Fuel System. Use the Remainder of the Bottle in the Fuel Tank Every 3-5 Fill Ups.
  10. Complete Vehicle Inspection.
  11. Reset All Maintenance Lights.
