Description

Build your 2011-2014 GM 6.6L Duramax fuel-supply setup around the AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G. This 100 GPH AirDog fuel system combines an application-specific lift-pump installation with an air/vapor return circuit.

Key details

  • Manufacturer part number: A7SPBC260
  • Series: AirDog II-5G
  • Model: DF-100-5G
  • Nominal flow rating: 100 GPH
  • Fuel type: Diesel
  • Application: 2011-2014 GM 6.6L Duramax
  • Engine family: Duramax
  • Engine designation: LML
  • Sold as: Kit
  • Country of origin: US
  • Fuel pressure: 8-10 psi (factory preset)
  • Included filtration: 2-micron fuel filter and water separator, as listed in the linked application manual

Fitment and ordering notes

  • Application range: 2011-2014 GM 6.6L Duramax. Confirm the engine and existing fuel-system configuration before ordering.
  • This listing is limited to 2011-2014; a shared LML engine code does not make the adjacent-year kit interchangeable.

Installation overview

  • Mounts to the frame jig in front of the fuel tank for the application-specific installation.
  • The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module.
  • The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame.
  • The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee.
  • Uses the factory fuel-module suction fitting; this manual does not call for a draw straw.
  • The tank connection uses the FQC118S 11.8 mm connector, identified by a red dot and 11.8 marking. Do not substitute the similar FQC12S fitting.
  • Kit hardware includes the pump/filter assembly, mounting hardware, wiring harness, fuel hose, quick-connect fittings and filler-neck return hardware.
  • Keep the original engine fuel-return circuit connected.

Tech tips

  • Choose flow capacity around the complete fuel system and intended use; a GPH rating is not a guaranteed horsepower or fuel-economy gain.
  • Use the exact kit's installation instructions for hose routing, electrical connections, priming, leak checks and operating-pressure verification.
  • Confirm tank, pickup and filtration modifications before scheduling installation. The overview above does not replace the installation manual.

Installation reference

Application installation manual. Check the instructions supplied with the current kit for revision-specific hardware and settings.

Warranty and registration

The linked application manual describes a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, subject to registration and proof of purchase within 30 days; otherwise it states one year. Filters and water separators are excluded. Review the applicable terms and register with AirDog.
