Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Fill out this brief form and an authorization number will be generated and emailed to you. We have a standard restocking fee of 15% on returned items to recover cost such as shipping, credit card processing and advertising fees we would normally absorb for a completed sale.
