The 2019+ 6.7L Cummins shipped with hydraulic roller lifters that have proven to be a significant durability concern. This Hamilton Cams kit replaces the factory hydraulic roller lifters and camshaft with a proven flat-tappet design — the same architecture that ran reliably in every Cummins from 1989 through 2018.
