Technical Note:
Minimum fuel pressure for injector longevity is 45 PSI. The Norcal Diesel blue spring upgrade raises pressure to factory-recommended levels (~55–65 PSI). This upgrade is highly recommended preventative maintenance for any 6.0L Powerstroke with 100k+ miles or injector-related issues.
When installing on an Econoline van applications, reuse of the regulator housing is required due to the fuel supply pipe location being swapped to the opposite side. All other components are the same including the gaskets.
