Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized NorCal Diesel Performance dealer.
Complete every required field below and upload the requested documents. We can only approve and ship
wholesale (tax-exempt for resale) once we have a valid resale/exemption certificate on file, so
applications missing documents will be delayed. Most complete applications are reviewed within

Before you start, please have ready:
- Your Federal EIN (or SSN for sole proprietors)
- Your state sales-tax / resale permit number
- A digital copy of your resale / sales-tax exemption certificate (PDF/JPG/PNG)
- A digital copy of your business license or EIN confirmation letter (PDF/JPG/PNG)
By submitting this application you certify that:
- All information provided is true and your business purchases products for resale only, not for personal use.
- You will abide by all manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and the NorCal Diesel Performance Dealer Terms.
- You understand that certain diesel performance products may be labeled "For Off-Road / Competition Use Only" and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions laws (including the Clean Air Act). You will never sell, install, advertise, or advise on the use of any product to remove, defeat, bypass, or tamper with the emissions-control system of any vehicle operated on public roads, and accept full responsibility for any such misuse by you or your customers.
- You authorize NorCal Diesel Performance to verify the resale certificate and business information provided.
