Upgrade your plastic OEM or aftermarket engine coolant thermostat housing on your 6.7L Power Stroke with our more durable cast aluminum model! Our direct replacement thermostat housing works with all factory and replacement thermostats.  New O-rings included with the kit.

PROBLEM OVERVIEW

COMPLAINT: Coolant leaks around the thermostat housing area, a low coolant level, or the smell of coolant during engine operation or after operation.

CAUSE: A cracked thermostat housing will result in a coolant leak, potentially leading to engine overheating and damage.

Visual Inspection: Carefully inspect the thermostat housing for cracks or damage. 

Pressure Test: Perform a coolant system pressure test to ensure the system maintains pressure and observe for leaks at all split lines, including the thermostat housing and coolant crossover manifold.

 SOLUTION: The Fleece Performance thermostat housing upgrade is a drop-in, direct factory replacement for the weak plastic housing that can become brittle overtime!
