Battery Cable Kit (1/0 AWG) 2002-2006 Chevrolet / GMC 6.6L Duramax

This is a complete replacement cable kit for the 2002-2006 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Duramax Trucks as well as the 2007 Classics (complete list below). 

Fitment takes into consideration the stock jump box (near the alternator), stock cable anchor assemblies, and heat protection where required – these really are a perfect fit!

Includes replacement positive and negative cable assemblies, replacement 4 AWG charge lead with fusible link, and 8 AWG battery to body ground cable added to passenger side ground cable assy.

Stock Cable size is 2 AWG. The 1/0 AWG Kits offer even greater cranking power and performance – perfect for modified trucks!

The factory cable sets leave lots to desire with thin wall terminals and lugs.  In addition, none of the terminations are insulated from the elements which causes them to break down over time.  Common problems with these trucks are decreased starting performance and grounding issues.  Our kits address both fully.

• Super Thick Tin Plated MEGA Eyelets
• Large gauge terminations dressed in our Super Thick Adhesive Lined MEGA Heat Shrink
• Small gauge terminations dressed in our Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink Tubing
• Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink used to dress loom to cables
• High Temperature Wire Covering to protect cables on driver’s side
