We put together this head gasket and stud kit for those customers who want the best of the best. Designed to fit the 2007.5-2010 GM Duramax LMM, we've included Aliant Power (MLS) Multi-Layer Steel head gaskets in grade C that are 1.05mm thick, a full set of ARP 2000 series head studs that have an industry standard 220,000 PSI tensile strength, and an OEM Quality Mahle Top End Gasket kit.
Grade C head gaskets are a must when repairing a Duramax. If you've ever machined your aluminum heads or are buying remanufactured heads, it's cheap insurance to get the thickest gasket available to prevent piston-to-head or piston-to-valve contact.
