Installation overview
- Mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system.
- The suction line connects to the factory suction fitting on top of the fuel module.
- The pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame back by the fuel cooler.
- Internal regulation eliminates a separate pump-return line; retain the engine's original return circuit.
- Pump kit, not an AirDog dual-filter/air-separation assembly. Do not remove required fuel filtration.
Tech tips
- Choose flow capacity around the complete fuel system and intended use; a GPH rating is not a guaranteed horsepower or fuel-economy gain.
- Use the exact kit's installation instructions for hose routing, electrical connections, priming, leak checks and operating-pressure verification.
- Confirm tank, pickup and filtration modifications before scheduling installation. The overview above does not replace the installation manual.
