Sinister Diesel Oil Filter & Coolant Filtration System for Ford Powerstroke 2003-2007 6.0L

The 6.0L Powerstroke Oil & Coolant Filtration System from Sinister Diesel is designed to extend the service life of your 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350, or Excursion 6.0L by keeping both your oil and coolant free from contaminants.

It doesn't matter if your engine is low on miles or has had a long service life, oil is the life blood of your 6.0L Powerstroke and so letting contaminants build up within the lubrication system is an easy way to cause premature wear on the internals, rough running from a dead miss, even complete engine failure from an oil-starved turbo, clogged EGR, or oil cooler.

But the same goes for the coolant that maintains even heat transfer which helps to prolong the life of your lubricating oil and keep you comfortable when the weather gets cold. Contaminants like casting sand leftover from the manufacturing process, metal shavings, rust, and mineral deposits floating in your coolant that can diminish the heat capacity of your truck's cooling system. Over time, these dangerous deposits can even cause damage to your water pump bearings and the small passages inside your EGR cooler and oil cooler.

With the Sinister Diesel Coolant Filtration System for the 2003-2007 6.0L Ford Powerstroke, you can be sure your both your oil and cooling systems are working at maximum efficiency.

This coolant filtration kit includes all mounts and fittings needed for installation and is machined from 6061 billet aluminum. The filter boss includes 2 threaded inlet ports and 1 outlet port. We recommend replacement of the first filter at 500 miles and replacement of the second and third filters after 3,000 miles each. After three filter changes, replacement can be done once a year.
