The factory High Pressure Oil Pump equipped on your Ford 6.0L Power Stroke is known to be a common point of failure. Because the HPOP equipped on the 6.0L Power Stroke is notorious for needing replacement sooner than expected, you should verify whether or not the pump is operating within its specified pressure between 3,000 and 4,000 psi at WOT and between 600-700 psi at idle. A minimum of 500 psi is needed to fire the injectors, but if your pump has failed then your truck will stall.
